The Solution
Build Internal Agile Coaching Talent
The Agile Coaching Academy is a nine-week cohort-based program combining formal training, self-study, and on the job coaching and mentoring. The Academy is led by SAFe SPCTs & Fellows – highly experienced Agile transformation consultants and coaches. Participants will graduate from the program as a certified Professional Agile Coach (ICAgile ICP-ACC). As a custom Coaching Development program, we create an experience unique to your organization with a variety of other optional training and certifications that can be added to the program. This cohort-based course will be taught by either the Executive or Senior Agile Coach.
ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
The first month of the Agile Coaching Academy cohort focuses on the mindset and role of an Agile team facilitator. It provides a range of tools and practices that can be used to facilitate meetings and drive actions. Participation in this highly interactive course will give attendees the necessary skills to facilitate discussions and help Agile Teams achieve successful outcomes. Students who successfully complete the course will be ICP-ATF certified.

ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
The second month of the Agile Coaching Academy cohort focuses on the roles and responsibilities of an agile coach. Throughout the course of the month-long program, participants develop and practice skills related to the four aspects of coaching: mentoring, facilitating, consulting, and coaching. It also provides the skills needed for collaboration and problem resolution within an agile team. Throughout the program, attendees complete their own Agile Coaching Canvas, laying out a personal and professional development as a Coach. Combined with on-the-job practice, self-assessments, expert coaching and mentoring coaches are provided with real-time feedback and guidance between classroom sessions.
