Michelle is an experienced transformation leader and pragmatic agile practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience across organizations of all sizes. She has coached teams in small start-ups, led enterprise-scale transformations for Fortune 500 companies, and worked in multiple countries.
As an experienced Agile Transformation coach Michelle’s goal is to meet people where they are and help them improve their teams, companies, systems, and themselves. Today, Michelle specializes in working with organizations that are going through Lean-Agile Transformations. With her unique perspective and background, Michelle takes her experiences and learnings and weaves them into her training sessions, facilitation sessions, and coaching sessions.
Michelle’s varied experience helps her mentor and coach leaders; helping them learn to sponsor and lead transformations. After all, a transformation is not just processes and tools, it includes the people; building rapport and empathy helps bridge the gap from old ways of working to new ways of thinking and working.
Michelle has used these concepts to help top Fortune 500 (CVS, Aetna, and HP) construct and kick-off their digital transformations.
Her chief weapons are Lean and Agile at scale and her sense of humor. If that fails, then she bribes with chocolate. She also considers herself an unofficial wine taster, a sailor, and a slow hiker.
