Jane Tudor

As a Business Agility Leader and Executive Consultant, Jane Tudor leverages more than twenty years of hands-on experience to guide individuals, teams, and organizations as they transform into lean/agile thinkers, leaders, and practitioners resulting in better business outcomes. Jane has experience working with organizations of all shapes and sizes, from 30 person tech startups to Fortune 50 companies – both commercial and government. Jane partners with her clients to accelerate their pursuit of greater business agility through facilitated strategy alignment workshops, adoption of lean portfolio management and agile product delivery practices, and the acceleration of sustainable high-performance teams at all levels of an organization. Leveraging flow-based metrics, she partners with her clients to measure improvement across all dimensions of the core competencies of Business Agility resulting in delivery of the highest quality technology enabled solutions in support of achievement of strategic business initiatives. Jane has demonstrated experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, oil and gas, and high technology industries. She is experienced in SAFe, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Customer-Centric Design, Lean Portfolio Management, UML, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and its many variants.
