He is an accomplished Enterprise Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, Change Management Lead, Consultant, and Executive Coach with over twenty years of expertise in coaching, planning, and executing all aspects of SAFe agile transformations. He has experience advising teams, programs, and leadership across diverse Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and the Department of Defense.
Using a hands-on approach to planning and co-creating each transformation, David has a proven track record of delivering impactful results and successful business outcomes at the Team, ART, Solution, and Portfolio levels.
Today, David specializes in working with Portfolio, Product Management, and Development teams going through Lean-Agile Transformations.
