Danielle Gerber is a SAFe SPCT, contributor to SAFe® LPM IP and an accomplished consultant with over 30 years experience who specializes in working with partners in highly regulated organizations. Danielle has over 17 years extensive experience coaching and consulting organizations in Lean-Agile transitions/transformations at all levels of scale. She has worked over the years with Fortune 100/500 companies in industries such as financial services, energy, government, aerospace, retail, and pharma. Her experience includes coaching and consulting as a Trusted Advisor of senior leaders (including C-suite).
Danielle has partnered with Scaled Agile in various cohorts and public webinars. Danielle has an energetic and innovative approach to coaching at all levels of scale. Prior to her work in Lean-Agile frameworks, she was in PMO direction and program management with highly regulated organizations. Danielle began her career as a mainframe developer, which comes in handy when working with teams and Architects. Her undergraduate minor in finance/accounting fuels her passion to coach leaders in lean accounting, governance, and strategic investment and funding practices in Lean Portfolio Management.
