Mitch Goldstein has decades of experience as a software developer, author and technical journalist in addition to being a noted technical coach, team coach, SAFe program coach and enterprise coach. Mitch has had many years of notable success driving complex transformations in the financial, insurance, IT, health care, education, scientific and cloud content management business sectors.
As one of the architects of NASDAQ’s Java workstation suite, Mitch has been at the forefront of real-time user interfaces and automated equity trading, which led to authoring “Hardcore JFC: Conquering the Swing Architecture” in 2001 and subsequent early forays into Agile and Scrum. Mitch joined the Agile Transformation Practice at Summa and later helped develop the Business Agility offering for Accenture|SolutionsIQ. Mitch is also a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) in addition to being an ICAgile certified professional in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation. Mitch and his family live in the Pittsburgh metro area.
