Operating Model & Organization Design

Designing your enterprise to deliver value through its people, processes, and technology, aligning execution across the organization.

Operating Models

We help you find the right fit. We’ll start by looking at your strategic goals, customer needs, and current challenges. From there, we’ll identify an operating model that supports your unique goals for value delivery, agility, and governance.

Whether you’re moving from a traditional setup or adopting modern frameworks like the Product Operating Model, Value Stream Management, or our own AI Operating Model™ , we’ll use a combination of techniques, including AI-first design, to create a model that delivers the results you want.

Organization Design

Within Operating Model design, Organization design takes a deeper look at the structure of the respective groups and the people within the groups. Disciplines like Team Topologies and value stream identification and mapping help optimize the group structure to improve the flow of value within and across groups to accelerate value delivery.

Organization design is not about defining new functional hierarchies for your Product, HR, IT, and Operations groups. It’s about looking at the flow of value within your operating models, and optimizing organization designs to improve the flow of value across your organization while mirnimizing silos, dependencies, and waste.

Coaching

Our coaching team provides hands-on guidance to help your organization’s leaders and teams embrace and adopt new operating models and organization designs so that your transformative investments deliver maximum value directly to your customers and business.

Change Management

Change management is the endurance event that makes or breaks a successful transformation or enterprise initiative. Drawing on change management principles from Kotter’s Eight Steps and ADKAR, we help you create and execute a change management strategy to support your desired outcomes.

Coaching and training for executives, leaders, and teams are key components in executing the change management strategy. Coaching and training help the organization learn and adopt new habits and build repeatability, predictability, and sustainability around value delivery.
