Description

• At Agile Rising, we believe the best way to implement TBM is in conjunction with an Agile transformation. This approach modernizes both the IT delivery and innovation model and the financial controls and reporting tools at the same time and in complementary ways.
• The half-day TBM+Agile workshop provides an overview of TBM and Agile at scale concepts.
• Highlights the overlap between TBM and Agile, and stresses the importance of an organizational change management strategy to align the TBM and Agile transformations for the benefit of enterprise agility.
• The last half of the workshop is used to explore a client’s current challenges and explore techniques and processes to help chart a path to success.
