Tim is an enterprise and team-level coach with a passion for business agility. He has a background of over two decades of leadership, engineering, and program management in the Air Force. Through every position in that career, his top two goals were helping people and organizations achieve their goals. He brings that same zeal to helping organizations and people become more Agile-minded.

Tim believes that true change comes from understanding, embracing, and continually reflecting on the Agile principles rather than simply dividing up work differently and having different meetings. Whether working with teams or executives, every engagement is grounded in “why”, “what makes sense”, and “what are we trying to achieve”. Tim has coached at the team, program, enterprise, and leadership levels, working with organizations developing software, cyber ecosystems, and business processes.

Tim is a certified SPC5 and RTE, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University. Tim holds a master’s degree in Computer Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College. He’s an avid backpacker and traveler and is based in Colorado Springs, CO.
