Tim Meyer is an enterprise agility and team coach with more than 20 years of experience in hardware and software development, project management, and system design in industries ranging from biotech, financial systems, insurance (health, property, and life), state, and federal government.  

Tim’s passion is using coaching, mentoring, and teaching to help teams and organizations and find their own solutions to complicated problems while keeping the overall system in mind.    As one of only a handful of SPC with formal coaching education and certification, Tim is able to work effectively with leadership and teams to help them identify and implement the changes needed to improve business agility.  Tim has used these skills to work with teams both within and outside of the IT environments.

Tim is a certified coach recognized by both the Scrum Alliance (CTC) and the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and has received training on one-on-one coaching, team coaching, facilitation, and larger system coaching.  In the last decade,  he has facilitated (with the help of others) several organization transformations, many using the Scaled Agile Framework.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dordt College, master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, and master’s degree in leadership from Grand Canyon University. Tim holds the following certifications: SPC5, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CTC, PMP. PgMP, PMI-ACP, ICF-PCC. He is based in Johnson, Iowa.
