Michael is passionate about leveraging metrics to help teams and stakeholders thoroughly understand current benchmarks, opportunities, and identify bottlenecks for continuous and relentless improvement.
Michael acquired a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from Duquesne University. He holds the following certifications: RTE, POPM, ISP-TST, CSM, PMP and PMI-ACP. Michael is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
