Josh is a SAFe® SPC and Agile transformation expert with 20+ years of experience helping a diverse mix of organizations transform the way they work by leveraging SAFe® and other Agile frameworks. Josh is an experienced Agile transformation strategy consultant, Agile Coach, facilitator and public speaker. He is an expert at implementing, coordinating, and executing launches and improvements of the Scaled Agile Framework.
Josh’s varied background and experience across a wide range of industries enable him to be especially adept at applying Agile principles and practices to non-IT groups, helping them radically transform the way they work just as he has helped IT organizations. In his spare time he works with the performing arts departments at local schools and has even applied agile practices to high school theater.
Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
